Session description

Join us as we share how bridging the digital divide can be more than just providing physical access to computers and broadband. You'll learn about the components necessary when providing equitable access and how they work together to bridge the digital divide in K-12 education.

Purpose & objective

The purpose and objective of this presentation is to explore what it takes to bridge the digital divide in K-12 education beyond providing physical access to devices and broadband. Participants will explore components of the Model of Equitable Technology Access and how each component is necessary and what is needed to address equitable access inside and outside of classrooms/schools.
