Samantha Morra is an educator with 25+ years of experience as a teacher, technology coordinator, administrator, staff development specialist, and educational consultant. She teaches middle school, is the school technology coordinator, and is a university professor. She is a Certified Apple Learning Coach and a Google Certified Innovator. She has written articles for magazines and contributed to books, newspaper articles, and TV shows. She is a globally-recognized educator for her work on digital storytelling. She is also known for STEM/STEAM, makerspaces, 3D printing, and using technology to develop empathy. She believes that technology has the power to transform education.

Session description

There are some amazing extensions out there that can make Chrome work for you. Extensions add extra features and functionality to Chrome. With the click of an extension, create, save and share content. Complex tasks become easy and less time-consuming. Learn about extensions to streamline your Chrome experience.

Purpose & objective

The purpose of this workshop is to empower educators with skills and tools to make them feel like they have superpowers when using Chrome. We look at current extensions and explore innovative ways to use them.
