Lucy Gray is the co-founder of Actionable Innovations Global (formerly known as the Global Education Conference Network), a 28,000-member community of practice focused on connecting educators and organizations worldwide. She has worked in public and independent schools for over 20 years, serving as a classroom teacher, computer science teacher, technology coach, and director of educational technology. Lucy is also currently an educational innovation consultant working with schools, organizations, and corporations She is the proud recipient of ISTE’s Making It Happen award and the Apple Distinguished Educator and Google Certified Innovator distinctions.

Before joining CILC as the Director of Partnerships and Engagement, Mitchell held a variety of leadership positions within departments of learning in art, history, and university museums. In these roles, she supervised the design of multiple Distance Learning studios as well as the development of the supporting virtual programming and training of affiliated staff. Allyson has presented in a series of national and international conferences to discuss the implications of integrating distance learning in museums. She actively published scholarship on this topic; most recently acting as co-author and contributing artist of the book 'Museums & Interactive Virtual Learning.'

Dr. Julene Reed is an international consultant, presenter, researcher, instructional designer, instructional coach, and education author with over twenty–five years of experience in education. Julene holds a doctorate in educational leadership with a focus on global education. She is an adjunct professor at Lamar Univ., Abilene Christian Univ. Dallas, and Arizona State Univ. Julene has conducted education events with Jane Goodall's Roots & Shoots in Tanzania and Polar Bears International in Canada. Julene has authored educational content for Apple, Google, and Microsoft. She has implemented education events in Malawi, Australia, New Zealand, Azraq Refugee Camp in Jordan, and the UN in Paris.

Global collaboration is an essential element of educational innovation. Our current pandemic has clearly demonstrated how international cooperation and information sharing are vital to our planet. Our event will help educators access the tools, resources, and programs that will help them foster global competence in their students and colleagues.
