Dr. Gina Hartman wears many educational leadership hats. She currently works full-time as the Director of Customer Education for PowerSchool. She also is an adjunct instructor and has served as a public school board member. Gina has been in education for over 20 years and has extensive experience working in public school districts. She is the former Co-President of the St. Louis Educational Technology Association. She is also an ISTE Making IT Happen award recipient and recipient of the V.C. McCluer Award for her outstanding personal contributions to the instructional programs of the suburban Saint Louis schools.

Gretchen Prange is a Team Lead on the Proven Practices team at PowerSchool. She has more than 18 years of experience working with students and educators in blended learning environments. Gretchen Prange was a classroom teacher for one of the fastest growing districts in the state of Missouri (Wentzville School District) for 12 years. She also served as a building level technology representative, where she provided PD learning opportunities and support for district staff members. Gretchen has an M.Ed. in Educational Technology- Technology in Schools and a BS in Education from the University of Missouri, Columbia.

Dani Patterson, M. Ed., has been in education for over 14 years in different capacities such as: elementary teacher, technology specialist, instructional coordinator of instructional technology, and most recently Director of Digital Learning & Innovation. Her passion for Blended Learning started young in her career and she strives every day to help other educators take simple innovative steps for one reason: student achievement. She has her dream job working with the ProvenPractices team to help teachers globally!
