Dr. Helen Crompton is a Professor of Instructional Technology at Old Dominion University, and Executive Director of the Research Institute for Digital Innovation in Learning at ODUGlobal. She is a consultant for ISTE in developing and facilitating courses, authoring ISTE publications, and conducting research on the standards. She also works with the United Nations in advising and developing global education technology policy recommendations.

Jeremiah is a veteran educator, leader, professional developer and technology integrator. He has led change in teaching and learning through the catalyst of technology in rural, suburban and urban districts. At Dell Technologies, he is a Senior Education Strategist that works with other leaders, districts and organizations to embed and research learning initiatives regarding learning spaces, emerging technologies such as VR and AR, online and blended learning, and increasing equitable access for students.

Joseph South is a national educational technology leader focused on evidence-based learning transformation. He presently serves as the chief learning officer at ISTE. He formerly served as director of the Office of Educational Technology at the U.S. Department of Education. He advised the Secretary of Education, developed national educational technology policy, formed public-private partnerships to assist state and local education leaders in transitioning to digital learning, helped school districts expand the use of openly licensed educational resources (OERs), and collaborated to nurture a robust ecosystem of edtech entrepreneurs and innovators.
