During this session, Kahoot! executives will showcase to the attendees how school administrators, teachers, and faculty members can maximize the usage of Kahoot! EDU in K-12 and Higher Education institutions to elevate the learning experience of students, enhance collaboration among educators, and learn multiple use cases about Kahoot! beyond classroom engagement. Since its launch in 2013, Kahoot! has been played by over 10 billion non-unique participants worldwide. Over 200 million kahoots have been created by users and are currently available on the platform. Educators from all over the world have created more than 1 billion Kahoot questions since the platform's launch.

Session description

The complete cycle of a classroom lesson or learning experience includes planning, instruction, practice, review, assessment, achievements, and more! Kahoot! has tools and features to support teachers and students in every step of this process. Learn how to supercharge your classroom engagement in either K12 or higher ed!

Purpose & objective

Participants of the poster session will learn about the ways Kahoot! can support every step of the lesson cycle or complete learning experience. They will be able to use kahoots for a wider variety of teaching purposes than they knew about before.

Outline

This is a poster session so we will share the cycle of a Kahoot! learning experience, have demos of kahoots for different purposes, and provide personalized tips for new ways to use Kahoot! in your teaching. Visitors to the booth can discuss how they would like to enrich their teaching and presenters will tailor the presentation.
