80–90 min — Wrap-Up & Take-Away Commitment (Action Plan)
Content: Review key takeaways; guide participants through reflection, accountability, and first steps.
Process/Engagement: Attendees complete a take-away commitment activity and share their personalized action plan (artifact).
Tech Links: Action plan template (shared link), collaborative resource doc.
Attendees will leave this session with a personalized action plan that helps them translate the five pillars into their own teaching context. The plan guides participants through reflection on key takeaways, identification of challenges and solutions, and concrete next steps for implementation. It also builds in accountability by asking attendees to name with whom they will share their learning and how they will follow up. This ensures the session is not only engaging but also results in sustainable practice change.
