Listen and learn : Lecture
Leslie Fisher
"Gadgets" is usually a fast-paced, fun session. It's designed to be a light and entertaining brain break near the end of a conference packed with valuable information. This year, in addition to the fun, we'll add some content relative to our current learning environment. Whatever that may currently be.
Audience: | Professional developers, Teachers, Technology coordinators/facilitators |
Skill level: | Beginner |
Attendee devices: | Devices not needed |
Topic: | Online tools, apps & resources |
Grade level: | PK-12 |
ISTE Standards: | For Educators: Learner
|
The purpose is to combine some useful things for someone in and out of the classroom as well as some cool and silly things as well. This class has been part of ISTE for almost 20 years and many educators approach me and tell me how much they look forward to this session because they know they are going to learn and laugh.
- I show stuff
- You hopefully laugh
- You hopefully learn
- You might even possibly purchase something
- You guard your wallet just in case you see something costly.
This session will probably include some remote learning gadgetry as well based on the current learning environment currently present.
