Exhibitors, for ISTE21 we have changed pricing and deadlines to help our industry partners to plan for the future.
In an effort to support its industry partners and to help reduce planning expenses for next year’s conference and expo, ISTE has proactively changed its payment and cancellation deadlines, as well as its pricing structure, for ISTE21 San Antonio. These efforts include holding steady with ISTE20 booth pricing and extending payment terms for this year only.
$4,640 per 10’x10’ booth space through January 15, 2021
$5,480 per 10’x10’ booth space starting January 16, 2021
A completed exhibit space application/contract and a minimum 50 percent deposit on requested booth space is required to confirm reservations. Final payment is due March 31, 2021.
Beginning April 1, 2021 full payment is required to reserve booth space.

Please note: Booth rental does not include storage, placement, shipment or reshipment of exhibit materials, special lighting, booth furnishings, tables, chairs, electrical supplies, internet, carpet, individual booth cleaning or any other special services orders by the exhibitor.
