Supporting research

Much has been made about the need for personalied learning for students in today's world. The same needs are there for personalized PD for teachers that is leveled and meets the needs of every teacher. Allowing for choice puts the teacher in control of their learning and gives them the ability to tailor their learning to their students needs. And by creating teacher leaders and mentoring programs, teachers begin creating their own PLC to further develop their skills.
