Session Objectives
Participants will:
-explore the three parts of a staff notebook: Content Library, Collaboration Space, and Personal Workspace.
-learn to insert documents, text, and media files.
-discover how OneNote cultivates collaboration and promotes sharing of ideas and resources.

Success Criteria
Participants will:
-setup a staff notebook through Office 365.
-create and organize sections of the notebook.
-add staff members and design private spaces.


5-10 minutes - Introduction with an interactive poll to gauge prior knowledge and explanation of OneNote Staff Notebook.
15 minutes –Anatomy of OneNote Staff Notebook: collaboration space, content library, and private workspace; Navigating the interface.
10 minutes – Basics of OneNote: Inserting documents, text, and media files.
15 minutes – Modeling the setup process through Office 365 and how to collaborate with staff members.
10 minutes – Q & A and provide additional resource links
