The purpose of this session is to help educational leaders realize the potential of their Ed Tech Coaches, and how they can be utilized to help build bridges between departments, ensure successful initiatives, and improve student learning outcomes. Additionally, this session provides concrete ideas for utilizing coaches to benefit all stakeholders.
OBJECTIVES
*Participants will be able to identify specific ideas and resources to help their ed tech coaches stay relevant to all stakeholders
*Participants will be able to identify strategies for focusing on important initiatives versus urgent tasks
*Participants will be able to identify and use strategies to help coaches stay visible and brand themselves to effectively showcase their impact
*Participants will be able to describe ways to help coaches provide timely and effective support to their stakeholders
