My name is Morgan Bible, I am the Technology Integration Specialist and Title I coordinator at Charles R. Drew Middle School in Lincoln, AL. This is my 4th year in education, I have previously taught Algebra and Computer Science. I am the Tech Team supervisor, and Character Council Advisor.

Session description

We'll explore the process of implementing a house mentorship program into your school. Dive into the how and why of creating a mentorship program for students, and leave with an understanding of why and how a house mentorship program can improve a school’s culture and climate.

Purpose & objective

Participants will leave with an outline of how and why they would implement a house mentorship program at their school. Participants will leave with different strategies, techniques, and tools that they can utilize to implement a house mentorship program. Participants will leave with 10 lesson plans for character education lessons. Participants will be shown data of how the house mentorship program has improved our school community.
