Jordan Petri is an Instructional Design Coach from Cincinnati, Ohio and a Level 1 and 2 Google Certified Educator. She supports teachers, administrators, and students within public school districts in Cincinnati as they use educational technology to create engaging, personalized, and inclusive learning. Prior to becoming a coach, Jordan worked as an elementary classroom teacher for several years. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and playing with her golden retriever pup.

Jamie Clausius is an Instructional Design Coach at Forward Edge and presents the Google for Education Adaptive Learning Lab traveling road show. Prior to coaching, Jamie was a 7-12 Science teacher with 10 years of classroom and leadership experience. She enjoys working with teachers, students, and administrators to contribute to their passion for teaching, learning, and supporting education. In her free time, Jamie enjoys traveling, hiking, boating, and spending time with family and friends.

Annamarie Rinehart is helping shape today’s educators in one of the largest urban districts in the state of Ohio. Annamarie worked with students at various grade levels as an intervention specialist teaching all 4 content areas to a diverse student population. Now, as an Instructional Design Coach with Forward Edge, Annamarie plays an integral role in the PK-8 Verizon Innovative Learning School. She has also worked with other schools in Ohio as a virtual coach. Annamarie is a Google Certified Educator, Trainer, and Coach.

Session description

Whether running errands or attending a conference, a fanny pack is a great way to bring what you need. In this session, we'll share compact and versatile coaching essentials, including tools we use daily, ways we try to grow our PLN, and even a pocket-sized coaching survival guide.

Purpose & objective

After attending this session both new and veteran coaches will feel ready to take on any coaching scenario/conversation with their fanny pack full of coaching essentials.

Participants will leave with information on tools we believe every coach needs, the importance of a PLN, and a survival guide full of quick coaching tips and tricks.
