Instructional Technology Facilitator
I joined the Hamilton Township School District in 2009 and through the years have taken on several different positions within the Technology Department. I was a Webmaster, an Application Support Specialist, and was fundamental in creating our wireless infrastructure.
Taking on the role of Instructional Technology Facilitator allows me to combine my passion for education with my Computer Science degree. I enjoy sharing my knowledge of effectively infusing technology into instruction making learning more exciting and engaging.

Session description
Tech Night is a great way to showcase the incredible ways students and teachers use technology and share it with the community. Join the Hamilton Township School District Istructional Tech Team to learn about their experience in planning and hosting “Tech Night” and how you can organize your own.
Purpose & objective
Tech Night, an annual event hosted by the Hamilton Township School District, is a great way to showcase the incredible ways students and teachers use technology and share it with the community. Educational technology is integrated in the PK-12 environment in a variety of developmentally appropriate ways, and Tech Night aims to show families the impact it has on student learning. As a district of a diverse staff of over 1,100 staff and 11,000 students who come from all walks of life, our mission is to make sure there is access to technology across the board. We strive to provide all families with inclusive and equitable educational experiences and Tech Night is an event other districts can organize to share the successes of technology integration with their communities.
