Session description

A rapid-fire rundown of the latest edtech focusing on the personalized learning classroom. The recommended technology will help teachers with productivity, creativity, digital feedback, gamification, curation and much more. There is something new for everyone no matter what your technology background may be. Everyone leaves with a free resource!

Purpose & objective

Objectives/Goals:
1. Provide participants with technology tools that allow them to be more time-efficient
2. Provide participants with strategies that help them create more engaging lessons with their students
3. Provide the participants with a resource that they can continue to use and revisit throughout the year.

Outline

NIck and Eric will each present 7 edtech tools. The edtech tools will be categorized into the following headings: creativity, productivity, curation, personalized learning, feedback, assessment, and x-factor. (30-40 minutes)

Audience members will vote on who presented the best edtech tools that helps teachers run a personalized learning classroom. (5 minutes)

Nick and Eric will present 3 educational templates that will allow students to have voice and choice in their learning. (10 minutes)
