Session description

As teacher burnout soars, educators are searching for ways to connect with their colleagues to gain support, inspiration and guidance. This panel will explore how edtech is stepping up and heeding the call — creating space for educators to build support networks and create the communities they need to thrive.

Purpose & objective

The purpose of this panel discussion is to explore the role that community building amongst educators can play to combat educator burnout. This panel will discuss challenges that teachers face today and the value in community building to inspire. Audience members will learn how EdTech platforms play a role in community building and collaboration. Through the use of an online community building platform, they will also participate in a community building activity and see its value in real time.
