The purpose of this presentation is to make the no-tracking method known, so that more schools could use it. Tracking, or level-grouping, is controversial for years. But here, with minimal assistance by technology, and some out of the box thinking, we were able to develop and deploy a method that allows us to personalize the teaching in a diversified class, rather than try to place students in a homogeneous class, and teach in a unified way.
Sample lesson plans are included in the presentation, as well as data showing the success in the EFL classes.
Description of the background of the school, as well as the limitation in the Israel education system would lead to the story of the development of the no-tracking method. The "how to" shown, lesson plans would be presented and there will be time left for Q&A.
I intend to include video testimonies by students explaining their point of view.
