Session description

More than $6 billion is spent yearly on professional learning, yet our classrooms look the same as they did decades ago. Lack of personalization and intentional outcomes drive wasted PD dollars. Explore how shifting to impact-based, blended professional learning drives student engagement, increased achievement, and teacher satisfaction.

Purpose & objective

The purpose of this poster session is to persuade attendees to shift to blended learning models for professional development that honors existing teacher capacity while implementing an evidence-based model for adult learning.
