Mike Flanagan is the CEO of the Mastery Transcript Consortium (MTC), a growing group of high schools creating a digital high school transcript that opens up opportunity for each and every student — from all backgrounds, locations, and types of schools — to have their unique strengths, abilities, interests, and histories fostered, understood, and celebrated. Mike joined MTC in 2017 as Chief Product Officer, where he oversaw the design and development of the Mastery Transcript platform. Mike has a BA in English from Yale University, and an MA in English from the University of Washington, and early in his career taught high school English.

Donna Murray is a consultant for the Office of Digital Teaching and Learning at the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, supporting the design and implementation of effective digital teaching and learning environments. She serves as a consultant for digital accessibility and universal design, and she co-leads the NC Accessible Educational Materials leadership team. Donna has been engaged in the implementation of the North Carolina Digital-Age Learning Initiative, with a focus in the areas of digital content and virtual/blended learning. As a parent to a disabled child, Donna is passionate about inclusive design and the intersection of accessibility and technology.

Dr. Tara Nattrass is a Senior Education Strategist at Dell Technologies. An experienced educator focused on eliminating opportunity gaps and ensuring every student is engaged, Tara most recently served as Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and Learning for Arlington Public Schools (VA) where she collaborated with teams to implement systems and structures to support all students. She has held multiple roles including as a classroom teacher; literacy facilitator; school administrator; and Director of Elementary Education. She has experience implementing programs including Language Immersion, Montessori, and International Baccalaureate. Tara earned a Doctorate in K-12 Educational Leadership and Policy from Vanderbilt University.
