Intro: Education has done a great job of preparing people for college. What if we start preparing people for their lives (careers, etc..)

( 15-25 min) Part 1: The New Life Building Model
- Starting earlier, VR Career Exploration in middle school
- Learning Data-Driven guidance, do what you love quicker with this formula for success
- Better yet do what you are good at and do it quicker, using VR to build skills
- Share what you actually know more easily and verified - discovering your core skill and aptitudes with AI

- There will be a worker shortage due to a population decline
- What this means for teachers, workers, and employers
- How to work together to discover undiscovered talent, upskill, reskill, and employ new populations.
