Let's discuss the future of career exploration, work, and life planning. We want to dive into what this possible future could look like and how it can help students not only be prepared for successful careers but successful lives, which will help the societies we live in thrive.

- Participants will learn of new ways to offer career exploration
- Participants will have a better understanding of how technology can add resources with minimal cost
- Participants will learn of new educational models and the key outcomes of those models
- Participants will learn of real data-backed success stories

Intro: Education has done a great job of preparing people for college. What if we start preparing people for their lives (careers, etc..)

( 15-25 min) Part 1: The New Life Building Model
- Starting earlier, VR Career Exploration in middle school
- Learning Data-Driven guidance, do what you love quicker with this formula for success
- Better yet do what you are good at and do it quicker, using VR to build skills
- Share what you actually know more easily and verified - discovering your core skill and aptitudes with AI

( 15-25 min) Part 2: The Societal Value
- There will be a worker shortage due to a population decline
- What this means for teachers, workers, and employers
- How to work together to discover undiscovered talent, upskill, reskill, and employ new populations.
- The ever-evolving solution for people and communities
