Purpose & objective

Participants in this session will be able to evaluate what coping strategies will work for them in any given situation.
Participants will be able to combine different strategies for coping with stress and create their own Cope-Cake recipe.
Participants will share their recipes with other attendees.

Laura Steinbrink, a teacher for 24 years, is a national presenter and the author of www.rockntheboat.com, a Feedspot Top 200 blog in Education. Besides teaching HS full time, Laura is an educational consultant and has published articles for Matt Miller, author of Ditch That Textbook; Denis Sheeran, author of Instant Relevance; & articles for ISTE TEN, Kahoot, Getting Smart, & other EDU related companies. Laura is also a contributing author in three educational books and co-authored a Microsoft EDU course with Francesca Arturi of Buncee.
