Supporting research

Practices shard during this session are drawn from the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), the international standard for accessibility that is now included in many national accessibility laws, including Section 508 in the United States. The selection of the techniques has been informed by more than 15 years of experience teaching educators about inclusive design practices through both in-person presentations and the development of online courses and videos on the topic.
