Pricing for 10 x 10 Booths
Booth sizes start at 10’ x 10’ and increase in 10’ increments.

$5,995 per 10’ x 10’ space - through August 31, 2026
$7,295 per 10’ x 10’ space - after August 31, 2026
Contract and deposit must be received by deadline to qualify for a given price tier. The rate for larger booths is calculated as a multiple of the 10’ x 10’ rate. A minimum 50% deposit is due at the time of application, with final payments due no later than March 31, 2027.
Booth Package:
Booth reservations include the following benefits depending upon size of space purchased:
- 7” x 44” identification sign with company name and booth number (inline and peninsula booths only)
- Pipe railing, 8’ curtain backwall and 3’ high curtain side rails (inline booths only)
- Complimentary, full-conference registrations for each contracted company based on size of booth on the following schedule:
- 50-300 sq. ft = 1 complimentary full registration
- 400-800 sq. ft. = 3 complimentary full registrations
- 900-1600 sq. ft. = 6 complimentary full registrations
- 2000+ sq. ft. = 8 complimentary full registrations
- Special exhibitor discounted pricing on additional full-conference registrations purchased (beyond the complimentary allotment).
- Seven complimentary booth staff (exhibitor) badges per 10' x 10' booth space; four complimentary booth staff (exhibitor) badges per 5’ x 10’ booth space
- Descriptive listing in conference digital resources
- General security guard service
- Daily aisle maintenance
Booth rental does not include storage, placement, shipment or reshipment of exhibit
materials, special lighting, booth furnishings, tables, chairs, electrical supplies, carpet*,
individual booth cleaning or any other special services orders by the exhibitor.
*5' x 10' booths include carpet. Color determined by ISTELive 27 and will be the same
for all 5' x 10' booths.
Pricing for 5 x 10 Booths
We’ve intentionally designed a 5' x 10' size option for booth space to create an easy on-ramp for exhibitor participation.
If you’re a first-time exhibitor in 2027, you’re eligible to apply for a 5' x 10' booth space. Note: You will be vetted for qualification for this option.
$3,595 per 5' x 10' space - through August 31, 2026
$4,315 per 5' x 10' space - after August 31, 2026
