Expo Dates and Hours

The expo opens to attendees Monday, June 28, 2027, at the Thomas M. Menino Convention and Exhibition Center in Boston, MA.

Monday, June 28	9 a.m.‐5 p.m.
Tuesday, June 29	9:30 a.m.‐5 p.m.
Wednesday, June 30	8:30 a.m.‐1 p.m.

Setup Schedule

Setup can happen during these times:

Friday, June 25	1‐5 p.m.
Saturday, June 26	7:30 a.m.‐6:30 p.m.
Sunday, June 27	7:30 a.m.‐6:30 p.m.
Monday, June 28	7‐8 a.m.

Setup will not be permitted during expo hours.

Dismantling Schedule

Dismantling will occur:

Wednesday, June 30	1‐10 p.m.
Thursday, July 1	8 a.m.‐6 p.m.
Friday, July 2	8 a.m.‐5 p.m.

All exhibits shall remain in place until Wednesday, June 30 at 1 p.m., when the return of crates and packing cases begins. Exhibitors who dismantle early may be subject to fees.
