ISTE strives to negotiate the lowest possible room rates for attendees. Booking within the conference housing block helps keep registration and housing rates affordable for all attendees and supports a robust shuttle schedule between area hotels and the convention center. Hotels

Rates are subject to tax.

All information, with the exception of room rates, is subject to change. Parking fees and internet costs may be subject to tax.

Payment

All room reservations require a valid credit card with an expiration date of July 2022 or later as a guarantee. Your card may be charged in advance of your arrival. Additionally, your card will be charged if you cancel after the cancellation deadline or if you fail to show up on your expected arrival date (please refer to the individual hotel policy).

If you will not be traveling with the credit card used to pay for your reservation, you must contact the hotel you select to obtain a credit card authorization form. This should be done at least two weeks prior to arrival to allow ample time for processing.

Should you need to pay by check through your Institution, please contact the hotel directly after June 3, 2022 and prior to June 21, 2022. A copy of your hotel confirmation from the housing bureau must accompany the check. Do not send any check deposits to the hotels prior to June 3, 2022.

All charges are subject to a 16.2% room tax (may change without notice). Some hotels may attach additional surcharges. Please verify these charges directly with the hotel upon receipt of your acknowledgment. All hotels will require a credit card or cash deposit at check-in to cover incidentals for the entire stay.

To avoid phishing scams, please be aware that any company or travel agency contacting you directly is not affiliated with ISTE in any way. While we may contact you for clarification once you've submitted a reservation, ISTE will not contact you by phone, email, fax or mail to sell you a room.
