Optimize your dedicated face-to-face discussions by renting meeting rooms co-located with the expo hall. Choose from three turnkey room packages — standard, deluxe or premium — all geared to save you time and effort, and to fit a variety of goals and budgets. Upon special request, custom room sizes are possible.

*During the order process, you may indicate your preference for a room that can be accessed outside of regular expo hall hours. Exhibit management will fulfill these requests as possible and reserves the right to eliminate this option based on demand.

Room size: 4m x 5m (13' x 16')
