She advocates for libraries by sharing the story of the learning that happens in her library. Lambert has been published in a number of professional journals, and was named the Texas Computer Education Association (TCEA) Library Media Specialist of the Year and the American Association of School Librarians (AASL) Social Media Superstar Curriculum Champion in 2019. She’s the co-founder of EduPrideAlliance.org #TeachPride and a #FReadom organizer.
