Jillian Doggett is an Associate Director for Professional Learning for Verizon Innovative Learning Schools at Digital Promise. Before joining Digital Promise, Jillian was an Instructional Technology Coach. In that role, Jillian partnered with teachers to ensure that all students had access to technology-rich, high-quality learning experiences. Before that, Jillian worked as a K-8 science specialist, where she coached teachers to support the implementation of innovative science instruction in both face-to-face and blended learning environments. In addition, Jillian previously taught secondary science and robotics courses as a classroom teacher and worked as an instructional designer and curriculum developer.
Rita Fennelly-Atkinson has worked as an instructional designer, technology coach, and researcher in PK12, higher education, and the nonprofit sector. With more than 15 years of experience in education, she is passionate about ensuring equitable access to learning through inclusive instructional design. Rita received her bachelor’s degree in biology and master’s in secondary education from Concordia University, Irvine. She is currently a doctoral candidate studying accessibility issues in online higher education at Sam Houston State University.
Dr. Courtney L. Teague is the Director of Professional Learning Content and Learner Experience with the Verizon Innovative Learning Schools initiative at Digital Promise Global. She collaborates across school districts, external partners, and Digital Promise Global to help craft a synchronized approach to define instructional strategy & approach to instructional tech coaching, mentoring, professional learning, and efficiency.
