Participants will learn how to create interactive exercises using BookWidgets extensive template library and ready-made activities. Educators will see the time-saving benefits of using BookWidgets in any classroom environment.

This platform includes templates, resources, live monitoring of student progress, immediate customized feedback, automatic grading and aggregation of data, LMS/LTI integration with Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams and more....

Sheryl Place, is as an Educational Technology Specialist for BookWidgets. Prior to joining the team she was a veteran teacher with Miami-Dade County Public Schools. She knows and understands the joys and struggles of the classroom. Teaching, building capacity and infusing technology into classroom lessons are activities which she loves. Sheryl began teaching in 1983 after receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in French Education from Michigan State University and continued to grow earning a Master's Degree from the University of Miami. Sheryl holds numerous credentials including Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert, Nearpod PioNear and certified trainer, FlipGrid Certified Educator, and more. Let's connect and learn together.
