Overwhelmed with grading? Unsure if your students are truly mastering the content? If you answered yes, peer feedback may be for you! In this session, the presenter will discuss methods for grading using peer feedback. These will include both free and paid tools that will make your grading life easier!

Proposal summary

Purpose & objective

The participant will identify reasons for using peer assessment in the classroom.

The participant will compare and contrast different technology tools used for peer assessment.

The participant will create a plan of how they could utilize peer assessment in their classroom.

Tools to be used: Google applications and Kritik, a proprietary peer-assessment system

The presenter will give a handout to each participant outlining best practices for peer assessment and various technology tools that can be utilized.

Her M.Ed. is in Educational Technology Leadership, and her Ed.D. is in Educational Leadership - Higher Education Administration.
