Most high school students take comprehensive semester exams, but is this what is best for them? Stop by to learn about an Apple Research Project that encourages students to be creative while they deep dive into a selected topic in the place of a semester exam.

Participants will observe a project-based alternative to semester-end exams utilizing Apple Pages. Student examples will be available for review.
Participants will be able to review data collected over the course of three years to track student success measured both quantitatively and qualitatively.
Research organization using Wakelet will also be discussed in this poster session.
Even if replacing exams is not an option for some educators, they can still perhaps get insight, ideas, or information on how to incorporate project-based activities to promote student choice and voice in place of a more traditional assessment method.
