Ari is a former high school teacher and in district professionaldevelopment provider. She now provides consulting services on the use of Educational Technology & Transforming Education. She specializes in pedagogy-first technology integration to enhance practice & student achievement. Her passion is inspiring others to share their stories & skills through technology. Ari believes it is vital for all stakeholders to establish and maintain digital equity for all.
Phil Harding is a Technology Integration Specialist for the Val Verde USD. He is an educator with 30 years of experience and holds two MA degrees in Educational Technology and Public Policy and a CITE CCTO. In his current position, he manages a large group of technology integration experts and facilitates the district’s Future Ready Plan. He currently serves on the CUE Board of Directors and is CEO of Batcavephil Comics and Nostalgia LLC. He has an obsession with artificial intelligence which he believes will lead our nation into a transformative age during what he calls the Great Disruption.
Prior to becoming Merlyn Mind’s founding Chief Solutions Architect, Jason M. Mayland served as Vice President for Technology and Innovation, CTO, at Bucks County Community College in Newtown, Pennsylvania, where his portfolio was comprised of Information Technology, Enrollment Services, International Outreach, and Non-Credit Programs. Jason began his career in community college administration as Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness, Research, and Planning at Lansing Community College in Lansing, Michigan where he worked extensively on analytics and process improvement. Before his career in higher education and technology, Jason worked in both politics and public policy and served in the United States Army.
