Advertising Terms and Conditions

1. General terms

All advertising costs are non-commissionable. All advertisements are subject to ISTE approval. Any deviations from production specifications may compromise the quality of the advertisement and may result in increased costs. The conference is not responsible for the quality of reproduction when specifications are not adhered to and reserves the right to alter materials received without approval that are at variance with submission guidelines. Ads cannot be canceled. No refunds will be issued.

2. Discounts

Discounts cannot be combined at any time. No exceptions.

3. Print advertisements

If artwork is submitted after the creative materials deadline, the advertiser accepts rush charges or placement in the alternate vehicles as needed.

4. Digital advertisements

Ads will be posted within two (2) weeks of receipt of approved artwork. Mobile app ad placements will be made available in the Mobile app as soon as the app has been released in all available app marketplaces. Virtual platform ad placements will be made available as soon as the virtual platform has been made accessible to virtual conference participants.

5. Expo and Facility Messaging Advertisements

All purchased banners, clings, and signage will be available for attendee viewing no later than the opening of the first day of the expo.

6. Games

All participating exhibitors in the Expo (Solutions Hub) affle game and Virtual Expo (Solutions Hub) raffle must adhere to the specific rules and regulations for the respective game published under separate cover. All participating exhibitors in the official conference game will be assigned a company-specific “egg” (unique code on a small sign). This code is unique to each company and cannot be shared with any other group. Exhibit Management will deliver the sign to each participating exhibitor onsite. Participating exhibitors are independently responsible for making the physical “egg” (sign with unique code) available for scanning in their booth at the in-person event. Instructions for participation will be sent in preparation for the event.

7. Expo (Solutions Hub) Raffle Game Book Advertisements

No independently created raffle coupons or tickets of any kind may be included within advertisements created for the ISTELive 22 Solutions Hub (expo) raffle game book. If artwork is submitted with a self-supplied coupon or ticket, Exhibit Management will require that the advertiser make revisions. The only approved method of including a raffle coupon or ticket within the ISTELive 22 Expo (Solutions Hub) raffle game book is by purchasing a raffle coupon or bundle advertisement.

8. Public Space Activation Rules and Regulations

All participants purchasing public activation space will adhere to an additional set of rules and regulations guiding the principles and intended use of the space, provided under separate cover.
