Participation in the official Virtual Expo raffle includes a tile dedicated to the participating Exhibitor featuring a 25-word description (submitted by the Exhibitor), a maximum 50-character listing of the prize to be raffled, prize value, company name, and logo. The Virtual Expo Raffle page will be featured in the game center which will be accessible exclusively to virtual-only attendees.
Exhibitor must provide a 25-word description about the Exhibitor's company, products and/or virtual raffle prize. Exhibitor is responsible for providing the virtual raffle prize (minimum value of $350). Transfer of the virtual raffle prize to the winning attendee is the responsibility of the Exhibitor. The type of prize must align with all ISTE policies and rules, and may not be alcoholic in nature.
One winner per virtual raffle tile is permitted. If a virtual raffle prize includes more than one item, only one winner will be drawn to receive the entire prize listed on the tile. Submitting contact info via the virtual raffle tile is all that is required to be entered into a virtual raffle drawing. No additional requirements may be imposed by the participating Exhibitor.
Exhibitors will receive the contact info of all attendees who enter the Exhibitor's raffle. Virtual raffle entrant contact data will be available in the exhibitor's virtual leads.
At 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 Exhibit Management will randomly select a winner for each virtual raffle prize from the raffle entrants' data. Exhibitors may not select a winner. Exhibit Management will notify the raffle winners by email before Friday, July 1 .
Exhibitors are responsible for getting in contact with winners to arrange for transfer of prize and for all arrangements related to prize transfer. The winner's information will be communicated to Exhibitor by Exhibit Management.
