Olivia Davison, Redlands Unified School Distri

Olivia Davison is an Elementary Innovation Teacher on Assignment and part of the Instructional Technology Department at Redlands Unified School District. In her roles as an innovation teacher, Olivia focuses on emerging educational technologies such as augmented and virtual reality, coding, and robotics, preparing elementary age students for future aspirations of attending college and/or pursuing a career. Olivia has been working on implementing LEGO Education to Redlands Unified elementary school sites since 2019. Prior to her role as an Innovation TOA, she was an elementary classroom teacher and has earned her Master's Degree in Educational Technology.

Carly Sapp, Redlands Unified School District

Carly Sapp has been an elementary teacher for Redlands Unified School District for 15 years teaching grades 2 through 5. During her tenure she has worked hard to implement different types of technology including LEGO, coding and robotics, and other hands-on learning. Recently she accepted the role of Elementary Innovation Teacher with Redlands to help support teachers and students as they incorporate LEGO and other technologies in the classroom. She has seen how anyone can use technology when given the chance and she cannot wait to share her knowledge.
