Attendees will hear our journey developing a digital leaders program across 41 elementary campuses within our district. The program is currently in its second year of implementation. We will share the challenges, successes, and lessons we learned from our program experience and provide best practices for creating and sustaining a culture of technology innovation on a campus and district level.
While our cohort focuses on elementary teachers and iPad devices, the model we developed is applicable to any level and with any device.
Our program design includes Liz Kolb's Triple E model to support teachers in designing high quality instruction, and utilizes ISTE standards as educators select a focus for their cohort for their experience.
